On the one hand, you have something to be happy about: no individual act is make or break for you. So stop treating it that way.
On the other hand, here’s something to worry about: there are things going on right now, right in front of you that are creating some kind of future disaster. Can you afford to stop focusing on now long enough to see what now is telling you about tomorrow?
