It’s a catchy commercial, but what’s special is that it originally took the screen in Spring 2005. Now, three years later, it’s made a comeback.
So, what’s that tell us? Is Diet Coke lacking the creative juices to improve with something new, or are they wise enough to go back to something that, apparrently, worked? What do you think?

Gorilla marketing
Harris – what does that talk mean? You think this is a form of Guerrilla Marketing? How?
I too have loved this commercial for some reason (weird). To me it imbibes summer and all things fun. If the commercial has not lost its sparkle (lame, I know) I say go for it.
This is a rip off of Nilsson’s “Everybody’s Talking About Me” from soundtrack of Midnight Cowboy, 1960′s.
HT – never heard it, but I’ll have to check it out. When doing my research for this post, I did notice that most people are attracted to the song more than anything.
