So funny watching this. In the first part, Hilary is just trying to add a little ambience to her quoting of an old gospel hymn. Nothing wrong with that – it just doesn’t work, and it sounds retarded.
The funniest part is the second half of the video, where she’s thanking people, not quoting them, and obviously forgets to retreat her new accent.
Recently heard someone say (I forget who) that Hilary’s problem is she’s over-political, over-produced. This proves it.

we must admit that Hilary Clinton is indeed a very good politician. She did well on her political career that is why Obama appointed her as a secretary of state.
